Simply put if you have checked all the braking system hardware the next step would be to check the next closest parts tied to the braking system. Its a long shot but pretty easy to check.

Steering rod play can cause it.
Play in lower control arms can cause the same but it's very unusual.

With aggressive offset any tendency of brake vibration gets worse.

I had a similar thing on a racecar going out to qualify at the 24H of Nurburgring (GT3 RSR), however reverse = horrible when cold, got better when hot. Only thing that helped was braking very hard. So as others have mentioned, check different combo of pads and rotors...

^ plus 1. OP looks like you square away the rotor pads so check your rack, inner, and out ball joints. also trailing arms and lower ball joint. shock tubes wear too check that also.

All hardware, bushings, rods etc checked and to proper tolerance and function. Got great advice from a member who posted prior about hot judders from improper combination of friction materials. Trying new pads, will update. If this works, we should sticky this as I was not the first to have this issue, however have found no data on it. Thank you again everyone.

I dont mind running a less aggressive pad (will just change driving technique), in conjunction with consistency.

Try Performance friction 08/06 front/rear pads. Works great on giro disc rotors and are easy to bed in properly unlike the pagids.

had the same issue w my brembo two piece rotors. changed them out and everything is fine now. good luck did you consider having giro take a look at them.

I have a professional relationship with Giro and have had excellent results. Like I said, last year was great, this year issue. Called Pagid, they have a strong feeling its improper bedding. Simple for me:

Step 1: Go re-bed the hell out of them today until they work
Step 2: If they don't work, put on my Stoptechs and see if the lower friction coefficient works.

you might want to check your calipers as well , one of your pistons might be frozen when hot, i had that happen to me,
