I'm on my 3rd set and they are pretty inexpensive.

Good luck!

Anyone that sells Toyo can call them up and request the tires for you. Most just dont know about it and think the entire line is discontinued.

I also sent an inquiry to Michelin head office about 2 months ago and also confirmed the PS2 315/25/19 were no longer made.

BUT today out of curiosity I called two tire shops and both told me they had the PS2 315/25/19 in stock. One of them even gave me the manufacturing date of the tires: week 39 of 2012 which is like September of 2012! I am not sure if I trust them but they sounded legit...

That sure is odd...

I REALLY wish that Michelin would produce the PSS in our size; I really love those tires on my other cars.

Lol so I decided to call the shops bluff and went ahead and ordered a set of 2 tires from each shop without much expectation. Low and behold today FedEx delivered both orders!

I am now the proud owner of 4 Michelin PS2 315/25/19 tires. Anybody wants a set?

Conclusion: don't believe Michelin or TireRack. The PS2 315/25/19 are still being manufactured. The tires from one shop were made week 38 of 2012, the other shop were week 39 of 2012. Fresh off the oven!

I now believe that Michelin has started manufacturing them again. Maybe they listened to our pleading?

If TireRack could chime in and confirm they are available again that would be nice.

That would be fantastic actually. I've had a set of Yokohama Advan Sport's on order for 4 months now. Yoko keeps saying they are going to be produce but won't give me an ETA... I'd prefer to have the PS2's honestly.

Hell if I could find them I'd likely buy 6 of them for extra's.

I wouldn't recommend that unless you go through a pair in 6 months. PS2's, like many sticky tires, start going hard after about three years so they are nowhere near as good as they were when they were fresh. When I got PS2's for my Z06 I noticed they were already two years old so I had DT order me another set. Those were also old so I just ran them. Sure enough, after about a year I couldn't get any kind of traction. I just bought a set of PSS's for my 996 and one of them was manufacture in '10 so I had them order me another one. Fortunately the new one was much fresher at only a couple months old.

I have a set of 315/25/19 PS2s with under 1000 very easy grocery getting miles on them. They are currently mounted on my street wheels that I have in storage. The fronts are PS2 235/35/19 N spec tires. I bought them last year but my car is mainly a track car so I've only had them on the car a handful of times. Perfect shape, absolutely no nicks, patches, cuts or scrapes whatsoever. I might be getting rid of them if I get motivated enough to dismount them.

I have a set of 315/25/19 PS2 tires for sale. The tires are about a year old and have about 2500 street miles on them. 80% tread life is still on the tires. PM for more information.

Located in Southern California. Local pickup only.

Update...

I cancelled my order on the Advan Sport's from Discount Direct. They had the PS2's in stock and so I ordered up a set of them.
