Any performance shops/vendors I should check out while here?

 

Unsure of that but downtown Naples (3rd street) is beautiful and close to the water. Restaurants are great as well. Don't forget Shelton Porsche on US 41.

 

5th ave is great for family. I go to Naples about 5 x a year. Never did notice performance shops, albeit I tow 3 kids around, so not looking. There is a museum, that has a sick collection of Le Mans cars, but it doesn't open for tours till October. Try the dock for seafood, casual and sits on waterfront, next to Naples city dock. It's decent food, location is its attraction.

 

^^ I'm in Clearwater now and going to come back in October and will check out the Le Mans cars.

 

There is the Collier Auto museum, in Naples, which may have turned private, and the Muscle car Museum in Punta Gorda
