Car looks super clean. You may want to consider going to 26" tall tires instead of the stock 25" tall tires. This way you can get rid of the fender gap, lower the car slightly and still maintain your ride height.
As an example:
A 26" tall tire will raise the car .5" off the ground and fill the fender gap by .5". Now you can lower the car .5" which will close the fender gap a total of 1" and still maintain the original ground clearance.
