Lucky for me Virginia doesn't mess with emissions inspections, except up north. Maryland is another story.

How is MD a different story? They just read from the OBD port.

Yes, these days they do, so you are right, but most of VA has nothing.

No but I had bought the car used in another state (used w/10k miles) and it had an injen air intake sticker on it (but the stock intake) and I mentioned that in the thread and they used that as grounds that the car had been previously modified and that somehow a CAI made the engine throw a rod at 15mph.
