I just recieved the new Issue of GT purely porsche - and all I can say is red red red is the color for this car!

Thanks Evan. The meet is real far for me...In December, there could be snow on the ground up here...Not condusive to rear wheel drive, unlike you 4wd turbo guys

If by chance, it is relatively warm with no snow for the weather outlook that weekend, I could be a last minute entry and would meet up with the guys in NJ... It is certainly some food for thought!!!

GT Silver. I just can't do red even though it looks so great.

I will be getting that issue of GT later this week but I did change the colors of the CGT on PORSCHE.COM on the CC, I must say it looks great in all of its colors.

i really don't drive a ton anyway (most everything is in walking distance and is good exercise), but will probably split that between the CGT and my 996.

 

I was really taken by red when I first saw it at the online color configurator. However, after looking at it for a while I really felt like the tail lights got lost. I would want to see it in person before I commited. I did like the yellow which I did see in person. But at the end of the day, I really think the CGT will look best in standard black, GT silver, or the seal grey. I do wish they were offering a few more colors for the CGT. White is not available nor are any of the blues, though I did purchase a 1/43 scale model of the CGT in Lapis at the Porsche Factory Store. From what we were told, all the body panels are painted by the suppliers and delivered ready to install to Porsche in Leipzig.
