Who has fitted these are found it a significant improvement please ? How much Labor is typically involved please ?

with big turbos yes but on stock turbos you will not gain any hp,the installation is not a hard job but you should be patient.

OP, You are not going to find what you are looking for like this. What are your mods? Dyno? 60-130? 1/4? Your car could be at its max right now.

Only take it to a shop that put them ion b4... last car I just had from Florida didn't have the check valve not was it lined up properly and the coupler was blown off... a shop installed it.. then you must do a pressure test at the TB...
its a serious enough job to screw up your car.. and you had experience as is... so take it to someone that you puts them in regularly...
