Porsche's X73 suspension comes with stiffer motor mounts.

I have the stiffer motor mounts, and they improve the feel of the car.

Agreed.....any increased vibration is negligible and haven't noticed any increase in road noise. Do it.. it's a very simple install.

I had stiffer engine mounts installed before I took delivery of my car. It's a slightly stiffer ride with a bit more noise though.

I did the Wevo 997 motor mounts and the transmission mount as well. If you are upping the horsepower in your car, this is a good, and relatively inexpensive upgrade.

Wevo uses the same mounts for 996TT and 997TT. My guess is the X73 mounts work on either car.

RS mounts are different, they are even harder than X73, Gert from Carnewal just shipped them to me so I will install them soon. However, both of the mounts are a good upgrade for the 996TT, don't know about the situation with 997TT.

X73 mounts (in 996TT X73 suspension package) are the same as 996 GT2/GT3 mounts. The mounts are these: http://carnewal-europe.com/cpx_p96126.htm I don't know but the mounts in 997TT should be of same quality, I would be quite sure they updated the mounts.

The RS mounts originally from 993RS are even harder but still they are not solid and noisy and unbearable on street, or that's what I think: http://carnewal-europe.com/cpx_p96189.htm
