I already know that the 996TT is a superior car in every way... The only dilema was that the 996TT is dated now that the 997 came out... But it's not dated to me, so I made my decision.

I believe the post said: "BMW E90 M3 that's coming out in 2007... Or buy a 996TT in 2 years"

So why not a used 997tt, in 2 years

NAPO,

I am considering the same thing. I think like you I will go with the 996TT. I don't think their will be a huge difference in performance but I feel the TT is more of a sports car.

Hard to comment about a car coming out in 2 years. Easy to say the 996tt is an awesome car. Haveta see the numbers the ///M car will produce. I do have to agree with the comments on how ugly and Japanese looking the new BMW's are, except for the E46.
