Fabspeed 70mm exhaust Drone
The Kline is a 2.5'' system I believe?..
I have SpeedTech 70 mm. The wife wouldn't drive with me because it was so loud and dronny. I just cut some reducers out of 1/8 " steel. Just enough to remove the drone. They fit just inside the exhaust tips. When I go to the track it takes two minutes to remove them. Win-Win.
As Slider points out, we designed "inserts" to reduce the sound and drone on our former 70mm twin can systems. Our original 70mm twin can systems have been discontinued in lieu of our newer X-cellerator X-Flow 2.5 and 3.0 systems, however, the idea of the reducing rings on a 70mm conventional exhaust is valid. It does work to lower the volume. However, it's not enough for me personally, which is what prompted our complete re-design and subsequent internal X-Flow muffler several years ago. It will help, but I'm not sure it would be what you are ultimately looking for...worth a try, though...

Exact reason for my exhaust change. I have the MILTEK and have been very happy with it. After 6 years on the car it is developing a bit of drone. But still not unbearable like the fabspeed
