1/3 home

Sticker is gone! When I was fueling in Barstow, the clerk had a razor. And I USED it. The previous owner, a member here, could pull it off. I'm a dumpy white guy.

I made it to Vega in 8 hours from Oakland after buying shoes at DSW and stopping by Best Buy to get a power plug adapter. My Valentine plug wouldn't connect and I needed to power my phone as well. As for the shoes... All I had we're my sandals (I forgot the damn shoes!) and they are to wide for the foot space. Heel toe is a ***** for me. Can't seem to press the gas and the brake, unless I wear the sandles. .
I had lunch in an In and out burger. I parked next to a continental GT and a Maserati 4 door. It's my artistic side...

The car looks and drives great. I'm getting used to the light front end and Maybe BHT can help me with dialing in less twitch at high speed. With a tune from Sharkwerks and the AWE exhaust, this thing moves. I'm glad I waited four years to find this one. Ill post more as it happens. I'm heading to the tables.

Not only was BHT basting down the mile, he was also texting my pics to the site at the same time! Thanks TODD!

If that pic from In-N-Out isn't from Tuscon then that parking lot looks almost identical to the one I stopped at right of I10 in Tuscon.

Not taken in Tucson. Don't they all look like that? Crowded with hungry peeps devouring the burgers after waiting to order, then waiting to eat.

Left Vegas at 8am

My buddy arrived late into Vegas and we went out briefly, but still woke up later than we should have. The traffic on 40 is moderate, but they sure do move. We followed a truck pulling a 27 foot checkered boat at 86 MPH. then another truck was pulling a 10 foot trailer at 94 MPH.

The roads are mostly straight and smooth. But the TT does not like thorough roads at high speed. It darts about and the steering is very sensitive to input.

The pic is from the Arizona /New Mexico border. We're now about 100 miles outside of Albuquerque.

Mine is pretty damn stable at high speeds! Probably need something adjusted for sure! Great looking ride!

Is it RWD converted? That is a good reason that the car is darting around and if you have aftermarket suspension and it was not set up properly.

Car does looks fantastic.

Steve, UrbanHotrod

Thank you! The car is stock except for an AWE Exhaust and a Sharkerks tune. Though it doesn't get above .9 bar. Most of the time .8 bar is the limit.

We arrived in Lubbock at 11 pm central. Five or six hours more to go for Austin.

Thank you. It's the Dull white (Bairitz?). It doesn't look cream. But it's not the careers white.

It took me 23 years to get back to Texas. Finally.
