Road Trip: Vegas to Austin
Thanks Garvin. The car is running very well. You took amazing care of it! Send pics as soon as you find your new mistress. I'm planning to visit your freinds restaurant in the next few weeks. Talk soon.
Thank you. I truly enjoy driving her. I must admit that I'm becoming paranoid of other drivers though. So many rush up behind and stop painfully close. Others seem compelled to pass and pull in front only to slow down. Still some strive for the darwin award. I had lunch with BlackHorseTurbo a couple weeks backs. We parked in spots as isolated as North Korea, far away from the diner and surrounded by 50 empty spots. Some jackass parked between us!

Car is sold and is missed
The time has come for me and the 996TT to part ways. After nearly 30 months of glorious fun, another owner has moved her further east and is now a Florida car. The new owner will post pics here (Gary).
Over the life of my ownership, the car went from a tune and exhaust to a full bolton setup (turbos, bigger exhaust, intake, meth, EBC, MS109, etc.). She started out as fast, but became far faster. Thanks to *** Garage (4080), Drivers Source and Akram Haus for making this happen:

Thank you!
Thank you. I'm torn between going old school or a 997TT. I'm leaning toward the 997TT for drivability and pure power. BHT and CRR keep tempting me with cars around the country. We'll see.
I believe the new owner is addicted to the power already.
He and his wife drove it home in Florida from Houston. I can't wait to read about the trip. I suspect that may very well be the last time he puts 93 in!
