As it happens its the wife who has made the final decision. I had a Tip 996tt last and I did nothing but moan about how I wanted a Manual car next.
So seeing the GT is a semi-auto its on pain of death that I get the GT.....so that leave it open for a 996tt again............"Manual"

Bentley, Isn't that what Queen Elizabeth rode around in?

If you're asking, get the Bentley ;-)

I already feel too much like a rich ***** in the flashy TT sometimes. Having a Bentley would widen the (illusional) gap between myself and the have-nots.... Hey, err on the side of fuel mileage if you can't decide....

I live in a very redneck neighborhood where our house sticks out because we don't have a truck. I don't let that stop me. I drive what I want to drive and let other people worry about if they are going to have kittens over my flashy car.

I was just in your town yesterday. Santa Barbara doesn't seem like the type of place a 996 would stand out.

Be happy you're in CA. Imagine owning a 996TT in Nebraska
