For those that do not follow my build thread, I just wanted to share a few shots of my boy Butzi.

Enjoy.

Thanks! Lots of time was spent calculating offsets, test fitting, refinishing and building them to my specs. They came out awesome for sure

I want those CCWs! I heard they stopped making them in a 18" for our cars due to "failures". Is this true?

If not, would you mind sharing the specs on your wheels?

I contacted CCW and they said they would not make me a set of CCWs as 911 Turbos seem to punish wheels when used on road courses. While I respect their stand, I wanted a set of classics on Butzi. I bought a set of clean classic race wheels and built them to my specs. The tires are Toyo R888s. Perection.

These wheels have been run at 193+ mph with no issues.

Hope that helps.

Nice color combo but tyres look really swollen, especially in the front where it reminds me of my Tahoe.

Ha, well that sir is what a proper, purpose built wheel and tire set up looks like. The tire size and wheel size was calculated. The tires are Toyo R888, the side walls are square and stiff for a reason

Thanks bud. I agree, there is a point where deep lips are too deep... I believe by staggering the depth and not going over board with the lips a form and function look was achieved.

With this set-up, did you need to roll your rear fenders? Any rubbing?
