PCCB noise, any long term solutions?

My PCCB's are rather noisy after a few days of use. If I clean them they are good for a few days, but always come back to a reasonable squeel. I've tried to heat them up, done some good hard stops, but seems to be related to dust. Anyone have any long term solutions other than going back to iron? Pad replacement, type? Cleaner? Thanks.

Nope. You did it all. And don't bother to call PCNA either because they'll say that it's "by design".

I rinse off the wheels/brakes the squeal goes away for a few days. I did replaced the vibration dampers which helped, the adhesive that attaches them to the pads is no longer sticky. I have a tutorial at Renntech called "one cure for PCCB squeal" in the common fixes and repairs.
