I think they are talking about the piece that goes around the head unit.

Oops, my bad . Mine is black on black, so it blends in fine.

Fastcarfreak is infamous around these parts
I personally prefer leather, but the alcantara on your interior looks great!

Some great shots of interior...I love the red/blacl personally. I also am not a fan of alcantara, esp. as it starts to wear, but it it looks sweet. My transformations are for me by me and I actually don't care what others think...LOL.

I don't have any long term experience with alcantara in places that get dirty or would wear but I've read suede cleaner works well on it to keep it looking new.

With daily use in high wear areas, Alcantara supposedly last about 2 years. Should be much longer if it's only a weekend car.

Very nice! I contacted him as well. Very reasonable in price and seems to be quality work.

Update!

Thanks Gert @ Carnewal!!
Great to work with.

Alcantara Raid Steering wheel.
I love the feel of the thicker wheel.
Its also smaller than stock so my knees have some room to move now.

The stock shift **** got VERY hot and VERY cold so this one being plastic will help with that hopefully.

Stay tuned folks...

That steering wheel looks really nice, would you mind PMing me or mentioning how much something like that costs?
