Tial water lines...stuck, please help!

I am on the last step of a now 4 day project to install turbos and injectors. Tial kits come with an adapter that is supposed to be spliced into the water line that runs roughly parallel to the fuel filter to the expansion tank neck. Does anyone have any tips for making this possible? There is absolutely zero room for normal human hands in that area, forget about arms or any movement.
I was thinking of lowering the engine again but even that does not look like it would make things any easier.
Please Help

Their entire reference to this step is "cut the water line and install the fitting" with no guidance on how to access the line to work on it. I'd hardly consider that a lot of information! I am stuck because I can't get access to the hose and I was hoping to get replies from those who have successfully done this.
I'm going to try calling tial.

Edit - no phone number listed on their site, so scrap that idea.

I used a different line. The one in front looks like it goes to the same place and it is much easier to access.

no good.. I dont like hooking in there at all. I dont even like the line that they want you to cut in to. when you shut off the engine after a hard run it will boil over the coolant. I tie it in to the line behind the power steering pump.

I don't remember that as being a problem when I installed mine. It tucked in there very nicely.

if you remove the fuel filter and the intake plenum then theres more than enough room to work in there.

Quick question, for GT30 turbos, is 4AN plumbing enough diameter for water lines or 6AN water line options should be considered? Also, any better water line routing other that returning into the canister?

See, I find this confusing. I feel like the return lines should be routed to the tank, and feed lines coming off the pressurized sections that run under the engine.

Otherwise, if you're returning under the engine, and feeding from the coolant reservoir, you run the chance of letting your turbo run dry if your coolant reservoir runs dry.

Additionally, anyone that has examples of where to cut the hose to the reservoir would be much appreciated. My engine is out of the car, so my concern is the appropriate running distance for the lines etc, more than actual clearance to find/cut the hose.

How does the 997 turbo feeds water into their turbines? Does anyone have a diagram? Is it possible to do it on the 996?

The 997 already has water running to the turbos stock, so from vtg to garret it is just a line swapped into the oem position which is a T juction taken off the turbocharger auxiliary water pump under the intake manifolds. The exit is using an oem line with an adapter from oem to banjo.

Oh i see! in the 997TT diagrams it seem that the water source of the auxiliary pump comes from the oil heat exchanger assembly area. Very different from the 996TT version.. Thanks.

Can anyone tell me the length of the water lines of the evoms or Tial kit? I'm trying to get mine fabricated.
