Goodbye 996. I will miss you.
If you guys are going to try cow/goat milk and are driving 100's of miles to get it i highly suggest you source it directly from the cow/goat nipple. Therefore you get the purest taste with no oxygen contamination. Directly from the inside of the animal to the inside of the human. Steve have you tried this yet? Any videos on it?

you guys are cracking me up.
btw i got to my apt today and my fridge stopped working.
now i know what you're thinking.. "oh no.. he spoiled his goat milk".
guess what ?
Fact:
real milk (raw, un-pasturized) does not spoil. it sours. and then turns to yogurt.
i buy both my goat milk and cow milk from family owned farms in new braintree, ma.
their cows are grass fed jersey cows and are certified organic.
the goat farm is owned by a SUPER nice old family. the gentleman that owns the farm house (guy was prob 80-90) showed me the goats and how they are kept.
he also has a real well water thing that has real natural water.

And then they would make nasty feta cheese and this other softer kind called mitzithra which smelled like a$$ !!
Lol god I love how on topic we are
fyi
french feta cheese is the way to go.
its a little creamier than greek and is more flavorful (atleast to me it is).
french feta is sheeps milk.
this is the stuff ive been accustomed to since i was a kid.

available in a lot of turkish / mediteranian stores.
