I saw an earlier thread asking about this system for the 996 GT2. I'm actually wondering if anyone has figured out how to install this on the 996 turbo. If so, what is required in order to install it? Has anyone found the launch control to be useful for taking off the line?

I'm mostly interested in the launch control feature. Is there a better system available?

i dont think that is launch control more like a two step if it is what i am thinking of.How do you adjust the rpm for different surfaces /temps/tires?

 

your correct in that its more of a 2 step than an adjustable launch control. but in this world unless your running standalone its as close to a launch control as you will get.
epl is working on its 997 version for the 996 turbo and when its ready ill be their beta testor as well.
same can be said for the no lift shifting which is also on the epl tune
