They don't want to wait for the paint to setup? The peeps here told me I needed to wait 60 days for the new paint to let the gases escape from it before sealing it with a wax, sealant, or clearbra?

The bumper was painted a few weeks ago, they told me the same thing, (4) weeks. I am on the edge but I know if I keep driving my car I am going to destroy this fresh paint job. I am taking my chances because 60 days to not drive hard in summer is to much to wait.

Question

where did you buy the bumper from? do you have the link? I think i'm going to order it today. Is there any other vendors that sell it cheaper?

There is a brand new one being sold on eBay. It's been there for a while so you may be able to wheel and deal with him.

It's missing all the supporting parts of the kit though so I'd check with RUF on the cost of those parts before striking a deal.

Ah, didn't know that. In that case it's way overpriced.
