Thanks 02996ttx50. I have spent at least USD 2000 over the past couple of years to try and get this rattle noise fixed. I even went as far as purchasing a device called Rattle Tracker from the US to try and identify the cause of the rattle noise (after two Porsche mechanic failed to isolate the case). The Rattle Tracker didn't work for me. I am guessing because it never vibrated the car at the correct frequency. Also, it wasn't easy to hook up my Lowered car to the device. But maybe there is a workshop in the US that has a similar device who can help you isolate the cause of the rattle of your car without driving the car ?

Of course if you were in Melbourne, Australia, I would gladly lend you my Rattle Tracker, but unfortunately you are miles away. Just to give you an idea this is how the Rattle Tracker works here is a video link (though it didn't work for me)

That is crazy but hey you stuck with it. The plastic cover was broken on mine when I bought it and is available separately= at least mine didn't rattle on me.

This post is not intended to offend anyone of shorter than "average" stature. Lest the language police reprimand or re-educate me LOL

The rattle is driving me insane!

Try tightening the bolts that attach the factory strut brace to the top of the strut mounts
