He must have been modded - bc the car was super loud and sounded insane. of course I lost the video i made.... grrrr.

Still - my car is slower now (but more reliable) with the 1.15bar tune (CA91)

60lbs and a Marksi flash sound like the ticket, plus a lightly used maser conv @105k.

my buddy has the coupe. it's better lookin.. but 100k is about right.. his is a "10 MY. i'd give them a very serious look. it has it all, methinks.

 

yankee's don't know what a mclaren is... in europe people watch f1 so at least there is some brand recognition.

 

the convertible maser will be a nice upgrade to my 99 328iC cab

i know its slow, thats why the cab suits it best IMO...just so I dont get confused. lols

Well i've been on the other side, the italian side with a 430 spider… Let's just say, my ownership wasn't the best, and I felt like a poser.. yes I should've gotten a scud, but with the florida weather it seemed logical..

Anyway, all I have to say is, OVERRATED. Lambo too, unless it's an aventador, that car really is sick… But anyway, I hop into my ancient RUF GT2 and it moves me in a way that no other exotic thus far has made me feel purely based on the drive.

It's a tough decision. best of luck

 

I went through this a few years ago and the board along with VID997 convinced me to keep and put a few bucks into it. I then had it better prepped for track days. Still room for improvement and challenges. Adding power would be a lot of fun but waiting for clutch to go south first. MP4... Mmm that would be sweet!
