I disagree about the speedtech pipe if that is quality then iam Santa Claus, the fitment is poor at best was not impressed with the design and fabrication.
If you a have a tuner shop that has some skills they can do a better y-pipe for you.

Do not go with a 3 inch Y pipe. Go with a 2.5 inch Y pipe. Speedtech makes a

quality unit.

And agree with mtlsp, go with 18g or k16 billet turbos, turbo inlet pipes, 2.5 Y pipe

Greddy Profec B boost controller and minimum 3.5 intercoolers. Cost is 6k-8k

and it'll put you in mid 10s 1/4 @ 135ish and mid or low 6 sec 60-130 on race gas tune.

With a tune, injectors, and stock IC's , I'd pull hard on a billet 16. Only after 4 runs, would he get me . Heat soak

You have k24, any 16 turbo would be a down grade!
Focus on the tune, and IC's alone, and you'll be happy. When you pull your engine out, change the injectors. This alone will transform your car.

Later you can change the y-pipe, but I'd do this when the IC's were being changed. Saves money

Do things slowly so you can notice the difference and have fun with it

However, at some point, the plenum to the TB, and the air housing to the turbos should be addressed!
That's a choked up area for sure!!!!

I already have agency power intercoolers, full fab speed cat deleat exhaust, fab speed air intake, agency power diverter valves, silicone turbo hoses and ecu remap optimized for the mods. The y pipe, high pressure fuel reg and upgraded billit k24 turbos with appropriate tune, are all that's left without tearing into the motor.
