edit: i went to see it. very nice but scratched up. not worth the asking imo, and seller not moving on price for a dent and scratch item lol. but possibly best looking wheel i've seen. geez, now i know what i want

 

i did just grab it but let it go lol. was incredible design feel ( heavy lil sucker ) but scratched on the alum bits and on the airbag leather minor blemish as well. i would've kept it but seller wouldn't budge and he's asking high. so caveat emptor.

 

so i searched the seven seas and carnewal is not only the best price, it's also one of the few places these can be ordered. gert rocks the belgium! only downside is a 4 week wait on order since there are only a few in stock and i want what i want

800 bucks delivered with the required "bosskit/hub" you kiddin me? i'm turning faster already

thx it'll look great in keeping with my raiders colors car but i'm still scratching my head since it's virtually the same wheel in my gti stock lol
so now the wait begins... 4 weeks i think they only have leather 340's in stock

 

you would have had to wait with either option so dont be too bummed

 

I know this is an older thread, but did you ever put up pics of your new wheel installed? I just ordered my 340mm from Gert last week... wondering how yours turned out?

Suh-weeet... Looks great!! What crest did you end up sticking in the middle of the airbag? Is that the 356 crest I've read about?

 

right?! love it too! and in spite of the concerns of others that it might become a *projectile*?! that thing ain't comin off anytime soon.. and having been hit by a 996 turbo airbag before .. that would be my only concern!
