Urgent. Fault codes at track (p1117, p1118) can I still drive?

I'm at midohio this weekend and had a check engine light after a session. Checked the codes with a scanner and they were p1117 and p1118 (o2 sensors?). They were reset and didn't show again. Assuming they don't come back again would it be ok to drive at the track tomorrow or should I just pack my bags and go home? Any info appreciated.

Those faults are related to the O2 sensors after the catalytic converter "heating sensing signal implausible"....The purpose of those two sensors is to control the condition of your catalytic converter.

Keep an eye on everything but you should be okay.

Did you run race fuel?
Is it tuned?
Exhaust?

Thanks for the fast responses.

I just got back to the hotel (8miles away) driving hard and the codes didn't come back. Sunny and 50 tomorrow-should be a good day.

Sorry - replied too fast....it is all stock, running 93 octane.

Should I assume that there is something wrong for sure or could this just be a random occurrence?

so many misc possibilities, all of them minor. Always keep an eye on things though. The car will protect itself. Have fun!
