Hi, as a few people know iīm From Austria (cows not kangaroos )

Iīve ordered some wheels from MIAMI, I always order wheels from the US..., for my Range Rover Sport!

The company always play "tricks" on me like:

"The wheels are finished and will be shipped tomorrow"
or
"The wheels will be shipped on monday"

for a couple of times...

i'm tired of being put off!

Problem is, that i can not just drive to see if the company is doing there job distance is too much...

So I hope I will find someone who is near and could just ask whatīs wrong or right with my wheels!

Would be really THANKFUL!

 

are you ordering from a vendor or a manufacturer? vendors have no control over the build times of wheels.
my forgestar wheels took 10 weeks to build. ordered from a shop in cali built in a factory in china and shipped over.

 

Hmm it seems to be the manufacturer!

Also ordered some wheels from forgestar last year, no problems with them!

manufacturer's don't sell to end users. only to resellers. i had one brief problem with a seller in miami too, but got my dough back before it became a bigger deal. but then i also ordered f'stars from a more reputable reseller and waited my 8 weeks and chi-town delivered. i only hope you haven't happened upon my previous almost "bad date".

cos ain't none of us goin to miami.

 

What manufacturer / wheels did you order?

 

I ordered directly from the "producer"

i donīt have a problem with a longer delivery time but when somebody says that the wheels are finished und the will get delivered thatīs kind of strange...

if you read the disclaimer you will see they claim no liability for missed deadlines. sounds like they are a small manufacturer and trying to appease you until the wheels are finished. sadly if you have dropped a deposit they also have a no refund at all for any reason policy http://www.60forged.com/images/60_terms.jpg

 

yeah, thatīs the biggest problem i donīt want to lose lotīs of $$$$

so thats why iīve asked if someone is near miami and just can personly ask if my wheels are rdy or not

 

typically a store, vendor or manufacturer wont give out any info to a stranger who simply walks in and asks about a customers wheels. i would call back and ask to speak with a person of authority not a sales guy and keep firm on getting the answers , shipping or tracking # and when or are the wheels actually finished. let them know you dont mind if the wheels still need to be finished but demand a straight answer

 

Yeah could be, but it would be nice if someone could look if there is a shop just called the shop twice and nobody answerd my calls!

also they should see that i care about my $ or wheels

Payed everything and payed on bank/wiretransfer!
