Customer of mine has an '02 and wants to hear a bit more growl at low idle. I told him to go to Stage IV and drop the cats.



Seriously though, some recommendations for mid-level growl at low idle, and good sound overall, but not glass-shattering stuff for this guy.

Thoughts?

 

My new fabspeed loud is nice actually too quiet for me. My original fabspeed was really loud and I loved it. Might have to go to straight pipes myself!

I am running my spent fuel/air through the Fabspeed Quiet Sport which sounds (pardon the pun) like just what your buddy (another pardon please) is looking for. A little bit of resonance and sounds aggressive enough yet you can still hear voices, stereo and your cell phone inside the vehicle. A nice compromise.

my friend has a tubi on his 02 turbo. it is loud but in a good way. i actually enjoy it.

on the other hand, my other friend has a remus on his 02 turbo, and it is just purely noisy as well as headache inducing.

 

Get the Cargraphic Super Sound Export version. BEST sounding exhaust bar none. No resonance and was tested to make just as much power as the Fab. No offense to anyone, but the Fab sounds like **** in both versions. Europipe Stage 2 Loud is heavy and mine at least had WAY more resonance than the Cargraphic and wasn't very loud on the outside, only the drone on the inside.
