I had a similar problem and in the last couple of days removed the pump and rams. Drained the one ram that had a problem and refilled everything.

Everything went pretty well except that the ram I refilled, when extended, is about 3-5mm shorter than the other one. I guess I didn't refill all the way.............

I'm going to run it as is for now. Hopefully your experience is better!!

Try slightly bleeding the other side so the ram drops a few mm's until even with the other side.

IITURBO I commend you for your efforts, I however have decided on the fixed wing solution. I plan to use both the rear wiper and spoiler button for my RPM concealed shift light and V1.

Fixed wing is great but I think the idea of having a fully functioning spoiler is even better for a first time tt owner. I'm sure the coolness factor will slowly fade as time goes by and I will lean toward the fixed wing option. For now I just want to see that spoiler go up already lol

So I was able to finish buttoning everything up last night, it is lower on the passenger side but only by a few mm. I'm guessing that's due to that side having a longer line and probably has more air, I will try bleeding the lines today. Heres a short video.

The line length is irrelevant if the hydraulic system is fully bled. I'll look forward to your fixed wing thread in a couple years! :-)

In a couple of years, there will be a rebuild option and people won't need the fixed wing.

i thought the option to rebuilding IS the re-bleed lol. mine has worked after refilling the rams now for nearly three years and it deploys up/down daily. then there are the rebuild kits that company sells.. all of which are better than porsche's factory fix for problematic spoilers.. an ( min ) $1800.00 repair replacing the entire system.. which is preposterous

Success!! I bled both rams and got them to come up evenly at a height of 81mm. I found that taking off the spoiler made the process easier and put less stress on the system. Fingers crossed it stays trouble free for a long time.

Don't forget about the new gaskets and sealing washers, re bleeding a leaky system would be pointless.
