Anyone know what the part number is for the black rubber hoses that connect to the wastegate actuators. I looked in PET but can't pin it down. Thx.

 

Just get some rubber/silicone hose if you need to replace a line. Why pay the Porsche tax.

 

Is it damage? How far up?

You can convert it to Silicone a little ways up with a barb as an option

 

The ends are frayed a little. I looked at splicing them but my engine is coming out so it'll be easy to replace both factory lines with the same OEM hoses. They are good hoses, high temp rubber woven with mesh inside. They lasted 12 years so why go with anything else? I found the part number and have a pair coming. $13 each.

 

Are you sure they are OE? The last 2 996TTs I looked at did not have this type of hose.

 

Cool. yes they are great just a pain when old and trying to put on actuators with slightly larger nipples. You should be fine for another 10-12 years lol!

 

I'll know in a day or so when I pick it up from the dealer....

 

Picked up the OEM wastegate hoses from the dealer. They are the same as what is in on the car. Very good hoses. High temp rubber with a composite mesh core. Perfect fit.

 

Is that 900 926 019 40? for the 996 Turbo waste gate hoses? 2ea
