Just wondering peoples thought......


Replace 1-3 or 3-5 with Gt2 gears.........?



Have people broken 4th or 5th?

Yea I wound up going 1-3 GT2RS, steel synchros 3-5. Re did the bearings and nuts. But nobody cares lol.

i have problems with 1st and 6th, both too short

sure, 1-3 gears... and this is the right answer to your question imo, maybe 4th gear too for some setups with huge power or regearing for 1/4mile, etc...

6th gear might be a choice for top-end speed, 5th gear should be stock in most setups imo

I used taller tires, MT 305/35/18 and reached about 90 something on the dashboard but was just 87kmh or so on GPS.... about 7200-7300 rpms if i remember right, i have some ideas to improve that during this year

shifting right below 7500 rpms might hit the rev limit and i choose to shift earlier in 1st gear.. btw Giorgos, i saw your new tires... hope they can take the abuse... your car looks great as usual
