Overboost and Limp Mode
The only code that is coming through is P1250 Boost Pressure Deviation, above limit.
It seems that the passenger side of the system is where the problem lies. GMG came to this determination by disconnecting the wastegates one at a time, while the car was on the dyno.

I may be asking the wrong question, but what could cause a turbo to seemingly not boost when the wastegate is unhooked?
Any particular values I should ask them to log?

3rd gear pull WOT. From 2200 to 6500 rpm.
Rpm
Engine load
Ignition angle
Oxygen sensing lambda value bank 1 and bank2.
Setpoint lambda bank1 and 2
Boost pressure of sensor
Setpoint boost.

I actually just picked the car up last night!
The cause ended up being the DME.
GMG was awesome in how they handled everything.

Do you have any information on what caused the DME to fail? Glad it all worked out and that you were pleased with GMG's work. They seem to enjoy a very good reputation. Best,
Thank you everyone for all your help!!
I bought a replacement but at this point having two seems like a good plan.
it's incredible there isn't some diagnostic function of the pwis whatzit that might've given some indication the ecu was acting up. that might have saved you untold grief!?
bottom line is yer back up n runnin! if ya ever get up malibu way..
