Finally, my new toy arrived!

I have been looking for "my" 996TT (best bang for the buck vehicle on the market IMHO) since December last year. Found this beauty on April 30th and she finally showed up on my doorstep yesterday. Longest 30 days of my life

It's an '02 996TT with 27800 miles.
Factory Turbo Aero Kit,
FVD Brombacher ECU upgrade w/ programmer,
B&M short shifter, EVO billet shift linkage,
Rennline front bumper mesh grill inserts,
Rennline aluminum pedals,
Porsche power comfort seats,
full leather interior,
Alpine IDA-X305 headunit,

Also included were the stock pedals, shifter and CDR220 headunit!

I took a few of my colleagues out for a spin and they were all impressed at how good it looks inside and out, especially considering it's a 12 1/2 year old vehicle.
They all said the power is just outrageous and push in the chest you get at WOT is amazing. I even managed to make one of them squeal a little when I did a 0-70-0 run

I'm super stoked! Took a bit of a risk buying the car sight unseen with only a bunch of pictures, a PPI and a discussion with the local Porsche Shop Manager, but so far it has exceeded ALL my expectations.

I'll get some good shots with my DSLR, but here are a couple from my phone.

Cool and congrats! Welcome to the P-Car world, first one? I love the Aero wing over the stock one. I still grin every time I take mine out for a ride. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone. This is my fist 911. I also have an '01 Boxster S that I special ordered back in 2000. The Boxster is my daily driver, but I needed a car with rear seats so I can pick my grandaughter up from pre-school. The booster seat fits great in the back

Great choice-worth the wait

Congrats on your find!
I know the waiting feeling -I bought my 996TT early Jan (sight unseen) and have only 40 days before I fly to Phoenix to pick up.
Enjoy the ride

Can I ask what you paid for the car? I was originally looking for a Cayman S but really like the 911 and realized for my price range I would much rather have a low mileage 911TT and have found some. They don't seem to follow the KBB.

Awesome! Also in for price if you're willing to share since I am in the market and have a feeling these are being let go for less than advertised.
