Basemap from EPL ; k24/18gs
Tony will get you there. You need to use a mighty vac in the psi setting and check the cracking psi of each wg. Yes you can adjust by simply loosening the nut between the waste gate and the arm then tighten the nut on the end till it cracks at 14-15psi then tighten up the first nut you loosened to the arm. I would guess it is just the gates are not adjust correctly.
a tad less. 1 bar=14.7 psi. w/g can be set at 14 psi. since your seeing .7 it could be a combo of leaks and improper setting or each alone. have to test and see where it takes you.
it only takes a single turn or 2 of the w/g arm to change the pressure its that sensitive.
theres no such thing as plug and play on these cars. each mod leads to different issues which may not have been readily visible before. its part of the fun!:roll eyes: take your time and start with boost leak testing as its probably not been done in a long time. then w/g adj and on and on
just my .02 but when tim941nyc speaks i listen! he is a wealth of knowledge and has forgotten more about building fast cars than ill ever know

When I first got his tune for my K24/18g set-up from him at way back when , there was a sheet he sent me with the cable and new spark plugs..
The sheet said to set the waste gates crack open point at 13lbs..
Good Luck

tony he is on a special car run across the midwest and may not log in for a few days. he isn't in his car until next week i believe
as usual get a pressure test on the car... and at the same time check the WGs... set them so they start to crack open at 15 psi.... between those two things you will find all your issues... but do a pressure test to 20 psi not a 7 psi smoke test.

turns out I had a boost leak, problem resolved, and boosting on wastegate spring only at the moment (1 bar) awaiting to start the tuning process.
Just a quick question for those of you that have gone through EPL for tuning, you need to log with a durametric cable, correct? You can't use a generic or the flashing cable Tony sends with the kit? Just curious (and anxious to log).
