Hi,

here are a few pics of what I did to the headers. It takes about 2 hours on each side, depending on how much power your tool has.

These are just cleaned up. Real porting would mean you take away much more, but I did not want to weaken the welds.

Hey guys....quick question. What does it look like in there where the exhaust runners meet the merge section? Are the transitions pretty smooth?

That could well be the point of most impediment to flow but the most difficult to address. Wondering if the results from grinding the welds are measurable?

These are the latest iteration for the GT2 - same part as for any other, but they probably just learned how to get better welds.

The most important part is widening up the collector flange to match the turbo turbine inlet flange. Is it wort it? I wouldn't take it apart just for doing this, but when the parts are apart already, why not. It wouldn't hurt and is not complicated.

^ Knowing GT he gave them a spa treatment as well. Those were the best before pics I have seen. But there was room to clean them up. Very nice.

Please note how the weld was not ground through. Just smoothed.
