Rear cage with usable back seats?

Just like the title asks...

Is there a rear cage system that still allows the use of backseats? I know it would be a pain in the *** to get into, but I would still like to have at least one back seat in case my son wants to go for a cruise with the wife and I. He's small of course, 6 years old.

I really want a cage, but don't want to eliminate the use of my back seats and back seat belts all together. Is this possible?

sure. source a tequipment bar that has the cross bar removed ( built without i should say ) which differs greatly from the horizontal bar that impedes entry/exit from the rear jumpers. looks like a regualr "roll bar" rather than the tequipment "cage" but is essentially the same piece. i like small women and when i am with one and we aren't getting on, i just ask them to sit in the back. it's no problem.

I guess my bigger concern is that I see some cages use the seat belt mounting points to tie in. Would this negate my use of rear seat belts?

the teq bar does not iirc? i can't speak on the rss or any other full cages. i was pointing out an option that might solve your dilemma. it isn't in a purely technical sense a "cage", but it is an oem "roll bar" from porsche that serves the same function. i hope that helps?

So from the photos in this write up on the agency power site about their bolt in cage, it appears this can be used with rear seats fully functional, aside from the passenger seat having a bar in the base, lol...

Based on the picture above that could be dangerous, god forbid an accident but if your son's head hits a metal bar it would not be pretty

yeah, lol. not so sure i'd put my girl in that! lol. i'm a fairly conventional and some might even say "conservative" guy LOL. ppl in back with that cage installed bring new meaning to the term "restrained"

look at the teq bars! they'll suit your needs perfectly, i would think.

LuvPorsche will become famous soon enough
DO not put your child or a human in the back seat with a half cage in it, that is a big NO NO. Get a Das Sport 2 piece roll bar and take it in andout, after a while you can do it in 30 min.
