boost question
996TT 16K: max 0,7
996TT 24K: max 0,9
Its for sure a leak. The car should go in limb mode. Check with OBDII. you will find a P0234 error.

My car is flashed and got a max boost of 1.1 bar with k16.

If you dont want to pay for some new turbocharger, dont let them spin like crazy. The k16 and k24 are very strong, but wont take permanent beating.
The VTG`s in the 997 models are far more fragil.

It is highly unlikely your car on k16s can run that boost. No stock k16 can do that with oem wastegates and that would be not healthy for your car on pump. Something is really not right be it a tune and or mechanical.

no leak at the pressure side of the engine can give you more boost ......we all know you loose boost at this pipes if there is a leak
Its only possible you have a leak after the n75 valve to the wastegates .....(ore one wastegate is def of mechanical blocked.....)

I've seen goofy stuff in the programming. But I'm guessing the n75 hose to Wg is leaking and it's not opening the flap. But s datalog to start with will tell the story.
