Time for new brake pads??
I'm thinking we got about all we could of of this set, don't you think? The pad on the right had zero material left on it, was fused to the brake rotor, and had to be chiseled out. Amazing how hot the backing plate must have gotten as the steel got soft and the caliper pistons made an impression and deformed the steel backing plate. So much for the Pagid RS14 experiment. Back to using PFCs..

Sorry. I don't. The GT3 bars are great. I wouldn't put anything else on the car. Since your RWD, I would do both the front and rear together.

No, it did not! Bill ran off twice and radios in that he lost the brakes. He came in and I did a driver swap with him while Chris hammered the old pads out of the calipers. The one backing plate was literally fused to the rotor.

I would say, "Bill knows all the good places to go off" but since he doesn't frequent this forum and can't defend himself, I shall refrain.........

Haha! Yeah! Scott make a plaque for him with these pads as the focal point. Chris, by the way, won both 8hr Enduros this past weekend at Hallet. He's an animal!
