Darren as you told me to, I called them last winter to when I moved to Florida to ship my 3 cars at the time, the Vette and the 2 benz's. I also inquired about my bike as well but they were so booked they couldn't accomodate me at the time. I spoke to Bob and he was very nice but it sounded like they were very busy.

I used another compnay unfortunately and the fairing on my bike came cracked

I've used them before and have been pretty satisfied. Only problem is you've got to book 2-3 weeks ahead of time. Other than that they are very good!

They are busy for a reason, they are good. I've used them 3 times this year, personally and otherwise.

Intercity told me it would be 2-3 weeks from today before they could pickup my car from GA.

Then I got the call..."we can pick up the car today. We're driving directly to California. We should be there by the end of the week."

Oh...and they also have 2 CGTs in the truck too. Anyone expecting delivery of a CGT in California? It might be coming sooner than you think

They are pretty slow.

I have used them only once and would definitely not recommend using them.

They picked up a Porsche in Dallas for delivery to San Francisco. 10 days after pick up I still did not have my car.

After many, many calls asking for an explanation I finally find out they just dropped my car off at some random shop in San Diego because they did not want to drive all the way up the coast to San Francisco for just my delivery. This was not a bonded, guarded location. I had also paid for a straight Dallas to SF shipping job. I do not do the multiple truck, on and off stuff.

Can you imagine what a random shop can do to my car in an entire week? In my nightmares I saw it Ferris Bueler like driven around town, my motor swapped, etc.

Stay away.

Wow. I couldn't imagine Intercity doing that. I agree they are known for being slow, but never thought they wouldn't deliver. That's really strange.

I tried shipping (through Intercity) my 40th from Houston to California last June. I gave up after 3 weeks of wating and went with another carrier.
