Yes, the front diff fluid can be changed. I thought that was clear in my post. I never intended to say otherwise.

The viscous coupling fluid isn't accessible AFAIK.

The info is mainly for the owners who have not opted to remove the front diff. While that is of course your choice some of us like the car the way it came from the factory and would like to keep the car, including the front diff/viscous coupling in good working order.

I think I may have been confusing one for both, and lest you believe I have no interest in the continuing operability of the vc this in spite of the fact that it is not at the current time installed in my car I can assure you it is not. my interest is none the less thank you
