Thats it guys, complete audio build from the ground up. The system sounds awesome. Has great depth and width on the sound stage. Sub blends effortlessly with the front stage. Here are some exterior pictures of the Porsche 911 with candy apple red race wheels and custom black race exhaust system.
Thanks guys, was a lot of work...but a fun build. This was on a friend's 911. next comes new paint, RUF bumper, 2 way remote start/alarm with smart start and the escort 9500ci.
I can definitely say that this setup is definitely next level. Once the bumper and paint is done there may be a slight redo on the rear enclosure to accommodate a cage. The attention to detail throughout this build was impeccable and I could not be more pleased.
Incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. I definitely like reading what goes into these builds and learn something each time. The plexiglass sandwich is pretty trick.
Only thought, and this is really down to a matter of taste and what your client is looking for, rather than any sort of valid critique from me. It somewhat pains me to see this level of audio focus and heft to put into a car like the 996 turbo as that was probably easily 200-300 lbs of added weight.

Added 30lbs in the front of the car. About 70lbs for the sub and enclosure. the car will have a complete engine build that will double power output. so adding a little over 100lbs wont impact performance.
Thanks for the correction. My comment should not at all take away any of this superb work. Wish I could hear the setup.
No problem, the weight wasn't an issue. If it was I would have used different types of materials for the same type of sound performance. He was fine with the added weight. His goal was make it sound bad@ss. I achieved that without issues. Best sounding car I have built to date. Ive done a few nice ones.
