Any recommendations on what needed to obtain 480-500hp from stock?
Already have new steel dv fitted, performance exhaust and eventually a kn airfilter will be fitted.

Can i achieve these figures with the standard turbos?

you will be more than 480hp

 

tune, exhaust, 5 bar fpr, dv's, and maybe 1.0 wg's and leave the filter alone. you'll be there.

 

Headers are unnecessary as well.

My car dyno'd at 485 to the wheels with a Softronic tune and Speedtech Quiet exhaust. I upgraded the DV's. That's it. Non-X50 car as well.

 

Since you have exhaust, just add a tune and have fun. keep the money for plugs and coil packs if you haven't already.

 

Surprised everybody is mentioning DVs. I was under the impression that there is really no benefit in changing those from stock

 

I'm running my setup with stock 710 dv. Had a set of forged DV and they leaked so went back to new stock 710 and never looked back.

 

Ditto. I had fvd dvs. Leaked so I went 710.
