Has anyone dealt with iforged wheels (the company) I need a wheel replaced and I can't get in touch with anybody there. Is there any special number to call? I tried the web sight number and e-mail, nothing. What's up with this place.

 

I have some Variants. I had some questions awhile back about curb rash repair. I had no luck in contacting them - gave up ;(

if all fails, next time I am up at Anaheim area, I will try to stop by their so called offices. I had a set of iForged deep dish rims on my E46 M3, and I will never use them again (don't ask).

 

I have heard multiple stories (including one from a close friend) about their lack of follow up/service.

I got a set of used ones recently and had some questions so I gave them a call. Was easy to get a hold of someone and they were really helpful. Try those numbers the other members posted.

 

I tried that number all week, no response. I left numerous messages and e-mails. Does anyone live close by?

 

I just called them and after the announcement, pressed 2 for sales and it went thru.

 

try extension 111 - used to be Vincent Wong's extension, he is the guy I dealt with for my BMW wheels.

I don't think I would work this hard to give someone my money. If it's this hard to give them money, just imagine how hard it will be to get service after the sale.

Unfortunately the wheels are from IForged ( three piece wheels) I have a hair line crack on the back side of the wheel. I figured I would get the back part of the wheel replaced since they come apart. I know that it can be fixed, but I'm not sure how strong it will be. Anyone have any opinions on having it fixed? Thanks in advance.

 

I've been on track with mine - no issues.
