Low boost on tuned car after service

To make a long story short I bought a 996tt and drove it 1,000 miles home loving every minute of it. I made it two hours from home before ordering a softronics tune for it. I tuned it right away, it was making 1.0 bar of boost per the dash gauge. I drove it for two days before I had the dreaded water pipe issue which put the car out of commission for a bit over two months.

I just picked it up today and at first it was only making .7 bar in all gears under all circumstances but half way through the drive it would make .9 in 6th, then a little later in 5th, and now in fourth but not in third or second (haven't tried first due to new clutch).

Is this the tune getting reoriented to the car as the engine was out, back in, then back out, then back in again over a two month period without being driven?

If so, how long will I need to drive it before it will revert back to 1.0 bar?

Is it unusual for it to only make .9 bar of boost when before it was making 1.0?

Thank you!

I think it is the diverter valves as they are making a 'trumpet' sound.

It's odd because I just replaced them with 710n's 50 miles ago...
