Sat Nav Help

I'm thinking of putting Sat Nav system in the Turbo, a few of you recomend and run with the Eclipse units, which are difficult to locate in the UK. Would I have any difficulties running this system in my car if I was to purchase from US?

If it's a CD or DVD based system, you might end up with maps that don't help you.

Plus, the voice will be speaking American instead of English.
