VIDEO: I'm out of ideas as to why I'm not making full boost. Looking for help!!
Thanks Sambo. I don't want to bother you by calling but if I can't figure it out I may end up calling. lol
Well a few things happened tonight. I took the diverter valves out and tested then and they were fine.
I put the car back together and set out to data log. I did a pull in 2nd gear and notices it was now only producing 0.5bar of boost and the car was VERY sluggish.
The second log I was going to do was in 3rd gear. I started to go at around 2800RPM but when I hit 5000RPM the car died!! I was afraid I blew the motor but after trying to start it, it started up (not easily) and it sputtered and misfired and was not driveable but I can tell the motor itself is fine. I let it cool down and was able to limp it home but it would buck and jerk like crazy and often die. I was able to find a specific RPM and throttle input that let the car cruise smoothly to get me most of the way home. I unfortunately lost that data log because the car shut off but I still have the log on the 2nd gear pull. I also got these fault codes after the car died...
P0153
P1508
P1109
I erased the codes when trying to start the car in hopes that it would let me start the car up. The odd thing is it didn't throw any codes despite bucking and missing all the way home and even dying a few times.
The only thing I am hoping is those codes point to what I have to replace and it fixes all the problems including the low boost but not sure if I am that lucky.
I will figure out how to post the data log in the morning.

Looks like it's the MAF. I had a feeling that's what it was so this morning I started the car it stumbled and stuttered installed. Then I unplugged the MAF it started and I don't find my plug it back in while the car was running and then the car would stall. I'm not sure if this is related to my original problem of low boost. I have no idea if the MAF Can cause those kinds of problems.
MAF can cause all kinds of problems and one of the first things I check when problems arise such as rough running at start up. If you replace buy OEM/Bosch. Sorry to hear your having so many problems, its usually something basic you will figure it out.
P0153: 18 Oxygen Sensor Ahead of TWC, Bank 2 – Below Limit
Possible fault cause
♦ Oxygen sensor is dynamically inert
P1508: 408 Torque comparison function monitor - signal
implausible
Possible fault cause
♦ DME control module faulty
P1109: Input Variable, charge measurement - above limit

Well false alarm with regards to the MAF. I forgot to tighten a hose on the turbo after the boost leak test and it popped off. Car drives fine again except for the low boost issue.
OK so here is a data log of a 3rd gear pull. As you can see the actual boost is lower than set boost. That's all I can tell by looking at the log. It can be downloaded or opened here...

Not sure if that data log above point me in any direction.
Spoke to my tuner and he suggested the next step be to inspect the cats. Especially with the P0153 he feels the cat may have broke which is restricting the exhaust flow. This would account for the low boost. More to follow.

Well, I was banking on my cats being clogged as the reason for the low boost but we checked the back pressure of the exhaust using the port just before the cats and there was much less than 1psi of back pressure so there goes that theory. I'm so discouraged I don't even want to look at the car any more. I'm all out of ideas.
Don't get discouraged, you can lick this. You've checked many things and followed a few false leads so start with basics.
You just changed turbo, correct? Ran fine prior? That was the last change made prior to issues showing up? Still have the old turbos? If so swap them on and see if the problem goes away. If so, swap one back on and test, then the other. Backtrack through the changes, start with basics and test. If it ran fine before and you made changes then something caused this. A bad turbo could cause this as one turbo would be trying to feed both sides, easiest way to check that at this point is to swap the old ones back on IMO

Not sure if its been mentioned, but have you tried flashing it back to stock, drive it a few miles, log it, then RE-flash it back to the 1.3 file and log again? Possible you just got a bad flash...
