This method could be my 'plan B' if I have any fueling issues. I'm hoping NOT. Keep us posted on how it works out.

i have thought about this many times. my concern always was drawing too much electricity. 2 pumps in the saddles that are always running and 2 more in the basket feeding the rails, ok one is staged but still 3 pumps running all the time. that's 3 potential failure points.

as far as your jet pumps no feeding back up that should be very easy to diagnose as to why that is happening....

Actually I didn't think he was running the pumps in the swirl pot...he took them out and just tied them on the jet pump arms in each side's sump (I think that's it?). Sounds like he's only running 2 FPs altogether. That would be A LOT of pumps in the tank though! lol

Correct, ive moved the 2 walboro pumps to the saddles and I have the SRM kit with uprated loom and 2 relays. So 2 pumps total same as would be in the swirlpot.

Having just had to change the fuel pump wiring on a dual 044 setup to 30amp I decided to take my system apart and do the same so I thought I would grab you guys some pics.

I have disconnected the venturi hoses from the jet pumps (one remains as the convoluted, the other I changed to a fuel hose) and drop the return into the black fitting that T's into them so that the fuel returns direct to each fuel pump.

Looks good and should work great! Why not just dump the jet pump to save some space and use the arm alone though? If i would have done it this way I could have easily run dual 450lph walbros instead of dual 340lph pumps in the swirl pot. When i get some time i'll start looking at fabbing something up to do this method. I'd rather do this method than sumping the tank and running external pump/s. good luck and keep us posted.

Not being sure how it would work I wanted it to be somewhat reversible if needed. If there was a way of filling the big black tube with a product resistant to fuel that goes solid then that would make them even sturdier.
