Thx... I am going to try the tab fix next week.... so pissed... one side bottom just cracked and fell off and the other side is cracked...

 

Ordered mine from Xtreme Motorcars. Should be here by Monday. Since a single oem tail light was running me $650 with the flimsy tabs it was an easy choice. Can't wait to see how these will look.

 

I just redid mine using the el echeapo survival fix.... my bracket had snapped at a tiny spot so I jammed it all together and "Monkey glued" the lot in place.. will let you know if that works... seems crazy to throw away a whole useful light assembly over a broken bracket.. will take pics

Looks like crap but will see if it works.. stuff expands into the cracks really well

 

Dremel it smooth/round and some black paint and it would look good. That glue does miracles.

 

Thx, yeah I am going to drive tomorrow to meet the Long Island guys and go over some bouncy roads so we will see if it lasts... then will grind it down and use some of my top off paint..... 99% of it is hidden when the lid is closed... I am actually stunned how good that Gorilla stuff is

 

use a thick rubber oring on the bolt. this keeps the vibration off the twilight
