Question about replacement cluster mileage calibration

When you replace a cluster with one from another car, the dealer can not match to your actual mileage the mileage if the new cluster has more then 62 miles on it. Some independent shops supposedly can perform this mileage calibration. Does anyone have any experience with Palo Alto Speedometer? They are supposed to be pretty good with stuff like this.

Thanks guys. I spoke with Palo Alto speedo and they can do it simply by flashing via cable for $175. They are a certified VDO repair shop on top of that so I will probably go with them.
