I guess my main concern is since I am already tuned with exhaust, adding billets, straight pipes, and a new tune wont yield enough added power. If had had a fully stock TT, adding billets and a tune would be a night and day difference.

Im on a strong clutch now, but will replace over the winter if needed with the new power.

If that's the case - Alpha 28s.

Currently you are under 500 hp. With a 16 based billet you can go up to 650 crank on pump gas! The 24 will come in a little slower but give you more potential up top with higher octane fuel. There's also several tuning options. You can build on your GIAC or a different route.

Going from a K16 tune with exhaust to K16 billets and tune was night and day for me. I had a very old EVOMS/GIAC tune on K16s and ended up upgrading to 911 tuning K16 billets, 5 bar FPR and 1.2 bar tune. It is like having a different car. Boost comes on earlier and much smoother with car pulling noticeable harder. Gas mileage is even better. The shop who did the install was impressed with the difference and by Mark's knowledge. I am sure it is not like some of the monster builds here but it is enough for me. Mark was great to work with and supported every aspect of the build and custom tune. Not sure what your threshold is for night and day differences but this kit will make you smile every time you hit the throttle.

he's asking you to translate your numbers into psi instead of the boost gauge numbers most of us use and even understand lol.

so just pick a number somewhere in btw 14.5 psi 17.5 psi. should be a decent guess.

running any alpha turbo puts the kkk turbos to shame. 30 series hit were k24 ate at or just a bit higher but the spool kicks faster. 600+ on pump gas at 1 bar they arent even breathing hard

Thanks everyone for you feedback, and everyone that PMed me with offers on turbos they had for sale. I opted to use Sambott as I liked the fact he had everything I needed in stock and promised it here by Friday. His knowledge and pricing is awesome. Like everyone else that has worked with Sam, I highly recommend working with him.

Here is what I decided on:
Sams billet K16s
Cobb AP
Wagner I/Cs
5 Bar FPR
997 coils/plugs
Tial WG actuators

Sam talked me out of getting straight pipes, but did talk me into a 3 inch Kline catless. I love my Tubi, but want something without cats. I considered smashing out my cats, but I can't see ruining such a nice exhaust. I will be buying the Kline once my Tubi sells (shameless F/S plug) haha $2k with tips shipped

Thanks Sam!

Lol Mark!

Thanks for the opportunity to work with you Adam. I really feel like we started at the perfect stage with your goals and budget in mind. And there's room to grow. Steve is right about the full Alphas, but the turbos alone cost almost what your whole kit just did. Tial does these for me exactly for this type of request. Sort of the mini Alpha. They are awesome!

I'll be there with you step-by-step to make sure everything goes smooth and you'll start seeing parts Wednesday.

Cheers
