Financing a 996T
if you're 24 you have time to take chances and make an error along the way, and you have an entire lifetime to earn still ( just no longer here in the used to be good ol us of a sadly..)
i never f**k around when it come to sharing "real" info gleaned from my decades of life. i had my first porsche and 1st million dollars before i was 18. I've lost many of both since, is all

you? you'll be fine. get the car any way you can. 24 ... sheesh
all kidding aside. best dang car you'll have ever had! still in my top five and i dont keep "stuff" generally speaking lol

What he said. Been using Penfed for over 10 years. Great for car purchases, but not the same experience with a home. Cheap rates.
I've actually refi-ed with PenFed twice and both times were very easy. They even send a notary to my house for closing.
If you were consistently returning 20% over a multi year period, you should be running a fund and driving a bugatti, not a 12 year old 911.

you can come work for me at my hedge fund....PM me
- that reminds me of people or blogs with nice cars trying to sell ebook on how to get rich quick
not sure why, but that made me laugh
I bought mine on a home equity line of credit. Saved for a few years and polished a bazillion cars as a side business for a down payment on the house that was more than 50% of the total cost. Took out the LOC and bought the 911 with that. My minimum payment is about $120 per month, so if I ever have a big repair, it's no big deal. I'll just pay for the repair instead of making a big payment that month like I would every other month.
I'm young and have a decent job but I'm not rich by any means... It's more how you manage your money rather than how much you have. In my experience anyway.
The flexibility is awesome. Personally it's the only way I'd finance an older supercar like one of these.
